Q: I’m missing my order, what should I do?A: Check if any money has been deducted from your card or PayPal account. If not, your order has failed at some point and needs to be made again. If money has been deducted you are welcome to contact us on email@example.com for further assistance. For faster service, please include your name and if available order number, and describe briefly your problem.
Q: When will my order reach me?A: We normally ship out any received order within 48H. During peaks this time could increase slightly. What your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking information for the delivery. Before contacting us to inquire about a delivery, please check the link in this email to see the progress of your delivery, or any potential problems with it.
Q: Can I get delivery to an address other than my own?A: This is possible if you use direct Credit card payments only.
Q: I have received my order, but the wrong items have been delivered. What should I do?A: Your are more than welcome to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance. For faster service, please include your name and order number, and describe what the fault in your delivery is.
Q: I’d like to return an item I’ve received. A: You can return any item you’ve bought from us within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packing. You will receive a full refund, but if the item is fault free, we do not cover the return freight costs. Send the item you want to return to:
