Q: I’m missing my order, what should I do?
A: Check if any money has been deducted from your card or PayPal account. If not, your order has failed at some point and needs to be made again. If money has been deducted you are welcome to contact us on support@elodiedetails.com for further assistance. For faster service, please include your name and if available order number, and describe briefly your problem.

Q: When will my order reach me?
A: We normally ship out any received order within 48H. During peaks this time could increase slightly. What your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking information for the delivery. Before contacting us to inquire about a delivery, please check the link in this email to see the progress of your delivery, or any potential problems with it.

Q: Can I get delivery to an address other than my own?
A: This is possible if you use direct Credit card payments only.

Q: I have received my order, but the wrong items have been delivered. What should I do?
A: Your are more than welcome to contact us on support@elodiedetails.com for further assistance. For faster service, please include your name and order number, and describe what the fault in your delivery is.
