How we ship

Before leaving our premises, each item is carefully inspected and packed to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition. We strive to keep shipping charges as low as possible and only use shipping companies we trust to deliver your order safely and on time.

Where we ship

We can ship to most countries in the world. 
We exclusively deliver to residential buildings. It is essential that your name is displayed on the door or mailbox.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is £7.50. We offer free shipping on all orders over £40. 

If the purchase is above £135, you will be charged import VAT, customs duty and fees. You can find more information here.

Delivery times

We normally dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders to the United Kingdom have an estimated delivery time of ten working days.
