How we ship

Before leaving our premises, each item is carefully inspected and packed to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition. We strive to keep shipping charges as low as possible and only use shipping companies we trust to deliver your order safely and on time.

Where we ship

We can ship to most countries in the world. 
We exclusively deliver to residential buildings. It is essential that your name is displayed on the door or mailbox.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is £7.50. We offer free shipping on all orders over £40. 

There will be no additional costs for you , the customer, since we are using DDP, Delivered Duty Paid. Which means that we at Elodie are responsible for all risks and costs until the goods are delivered, we also take responsibility for the import clearance. 

Delivery times

We normally dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders to the United Kingdom have an estimated delivery time of ten working days.
