Please note the following details regarding the return process:

Return Shipment Responsibility: As you reside outside the EU, kindly arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself. You are free to choose any carrier of your preference.

Return Shipment Instructions: Ensure that you provide all necessary information as requested by the chosen carrier. Clearly mark the package as a return and send it DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Costs Not Refunded: Please be aware that Elodie Details will not refund any shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes that were paid upon delivery or return.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the product or products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

In the event of any deterioration in the value of returned goods, we reserve the right to recover any shortfall from you.

How to make a return

Please follow the instructions above.

Please remember to ask for a proof of postage and make sure you keep this proof until your return is successfully processed.

Kindly note that if you have purchased a package offer or “bundle” containing more than 1 item, all items from that offer have to be returned in order for you to receive a refund.

It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed.

Once we have received and accepted your return, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please keep in mind that once the refund has been issued, it might take up to 3–5 business days for it to appear in your bank account.


If you would like to make an exchange, simply return the product or products for a full refund by following the return instructions. Then, place a new order.


In the event the item you received is defective or incorrect, please notify our Customer Service for assistance.
