Mana's Guide to Tokyo
Meet Mana, a Tokyo-based mom of four, as she shares her favorite family-friendly spots around the city with the Elodie MONDO Stroller.
Stroller friendly spots for breakfast, lunch and dinner with your family?
These are my top places:
GarbTokyo: This café has spacious terrace seating, perfect for strollers. Their chiffon cake is one of my all-time favorites. After exploring around Tokyo Station, it’s the ideal place to relax with a cup of tea and a dessert.
100 hon no Spoon: A super family-friendly restaurant. They offer free baby food crafted by the chef and serve half-size meals for kids. We’ve been coming here since my older kids were little — it’s a longtime favorite!
Any favourite park or playground?
Our favorite park is “Hibiya park”. It’s easy to access by car (there’s a parking area) and there’s even a café inside. After running around, we always enjoy a little break there.
For rainy days, KID-O-KID is our go-to indoor play space. They have trampolines, ball pits, and spinning equipment — so much fun!
My husband and I love joining the kids in play, seeing the world through their eyes.
Where do you go shopping?
Blossom39 is my favorite store! They carry so many cute baby items — especially Elodie products. I always pick up Elodie goodies here.
Essentials to bring in your stroller and changing bag?
We never go out without a stroller — even if it's just around the neighborhood. I love using an organizer — it holds everything: diapers, pacifiers, towels, and much more.
When I’m not carrying a bag, I toss my wallet and phone into the organizer too. I even keep a few band-aids in the side pocket!
What is your favourite feature on the Elodie MONDO Stroller?
It’s the cutest stroller I’ve ever had! Lightweight, compact, and with deep sunshade coverage — perfect for Tokyo life. People often ask where I got it. And even the little Elodie pocket comes in handy!
When baby gear is cute, it lifts a mom’s mood too — and the Elodie MONDO Stroller does exactly that.
