Yanina's Guide to Warsaw

Meet Yanina, a Warsaw-based mom that loves to be creative and explore new parts of her city. Follow along as she shares her favorite family-friendly spots with the Elodie MONDO Stroller.

 

Hi Yanina, tell us about yourself!

My name is Yanina Trapachka. I'm a marketing agency founder & creative director, mom, living in Warsaw with my family. We enjoy spending time outdoors, discovering beautiful places in the city, and balancing everyday family life with work and creativity. Warsaw is where we feel at home - dynamic, green, and full of inspiring spots for everyone.

 

When is the best time to visit your city?

I’d definitely say spring through summer is the best time to visit Warsaw. In spring the city comes alive and parks turn green, cafés open their terraces, and everything feels lighter and more relaxed. Summer is perfect for long stroller walks, outdoor breakfasts, playgrounds, and picnics in the parks.

 

Which stroller-friendly spots do you recommend?

Warsaw has many places that are easy and enjoyable to visit with a stroller. My favorites are:

Mund: my go-to spot for coffee and the best pastries in the city. Their cardamom bun is heaven!

Barbara: my favorite place for breakfast, with great food and beautiful design.

Lui Store: a concept store run by my friend, with an amazing selection of Polish and international brands.

Fourteen: excellent coffee and matcha, and a perfect location close to our favorite park, Park Ujazdowski.

 

Any favourite park or playground?

We spend a lot of time in Park Ujazdowski, Saxon Garden (Park Saski), and Łazienki Królewskie - all of them are beautiful, spacious, and very stroller-friendly. Łazienki is especially perfect for long, peaceful walks surrounded by nature.

We also love Sunday walks around Saska Kępa and Żoliborz, which are calm, green neighborhoods ideal for slow walks and family time.

 

Where do you enjoy shopping in your city?

I love exploring Koszykowa Street and Mokotowska Street. My favourite places are: Galilu, Chylak & Le Petit Trou, Kyosk, Raw Poznańska. Both streets offer great shops, cafés, and a relaxed atmosphere, making them ideal for combining shopping with everyday walks.

 

What’s your favorite feature of the Elodie MONDO Stroller?
